Als bedrijfsleider bij Bike + ben je de drijvende kracht achter ons succes. Je leidt een team van gepassioneerde fietsliefhebbers en werkt samen om onze klanten de best mogelijke ervaring te bieden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het operationele beheer van de winkel, inclusief voorraadbeheer, planning en het handhaven van de winkelstandaarden. Daarnaast motiveer je het team om verkoopdoelstellingen te behalen en bied je ondersteuning en begeleiding waar nodig. Samen proberen we elkaar naar een hoger niveau te tillen waar werkplezier voorop staan.
